Prices are inclusive of all Florida State and Local County taxes totalling 13%.
A 25% non refundable deposit will secure the booking.
There is a £250 security deposit refundable after the villa has been inspected by our Management Team, you will receive this with in 14 day of departing from the villa.
Pool heating (Gas Heater) is at an additional cost of £100 per week. (If required)
Bookings of five nights or less will incur an extra cleaning fee of £45.
We offer a discount on booking of 3 weeks or more.
A Welcome Pack (basic groceries) can be provided for the small charge of £20.
The £/$ exchange rate on this web site is checked regularly and is subject to alteration without notice when the exchange rate varies.
